My passion for solving currently ignored and accepted-as-is disconnects drove me to imagine, conceptualize and develop a novel, one-stop-shop app for vacation or weekend planning. It consolidated sources like Yelp, Fandango, Eventbrite, Opentable & Uber and provided users with one powerful touchpoint.

Led UX Innovation and enhancement of current products. Designed interfaces to showcase Panasonic’s vast hardware and software capabilities. Designed a gesture-based user interface for NAIAS, January 2013.

Led cross-platform UI design – in-vehicle, app and website. Drove usability research and concept development, leading researchers and collaborating with design suppliers, to develop instrument cluster UI, digital owner’s manual & fuel economy UI strategies for 2013-present. Worked with Fiat / Alfa Romeo (in Italy) to develop UI families for the Italian models (Alfa 4C and Maserati Quatraporte), inspired by the success in the US.

Led research for Institute of Advance Vehicle Systems (IAVS) at UofM, envisioning Electric Vehicle Experience. Supported Dr. Sang-Hwan Kim by leading his HCI research - Design of Interface for Efficient EV Usage.
