She has over 30 years of leadership experience in complex, fast-paced environments with leadership roles at Babcock & Brown, Bain & Company, and Morgan Stanley. At Babcock & Brown, Hendy led complex lease transactions involving multi-functional teams serving airline, rail, and telecommunication clients. Prior to Babcock & Brown, Hendy was a consultant at Bain & Company, partnering with clients to make strategic, operational, and organizational decisions to enhance market competitiveness. Hendy started her career in corporate finance at Morgan Stanley, where the assignments were fast-paced and global. Over the last 12 years, as an executive coach and partner, Hendy helped build The Boda Group/BTS into one of the premier boutique coaching firms in the world. When not working closely with her clients, Hendy is climbing mountains and skiing with friends and family. She is an avid golfer and tennis player and a grateful mom to three outstanding young men. Hendy received her professional coach training from the Coaches Training Institute in San Francisco. She is a PCC-credentialed member of the International Coaches Federation, a certified Immunity to Change Executive Coach, and a certified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI); Team Diagnostic Assessment; CRR Global, Advanced Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC); The Leadership Circle, Leadership Circle Profile; and Hogan Leadership Assessments.
