Game Designer of Game Modes and Maps on the World of Warships project at Wargaming (currently LESTA Studios), St. Petersburg, Russia, (2020 - 2023)- Designed new game mode and brought it from prototype stage all the way to release- Designed new map for the game- Supported several other game modes as GD during development- Performed after-release analysis and support for features I was involved in- Rewrote and re-structured project documentation - Reorganized existing tool system for GD to improve productivity and save working time- Participated in many development processes aside from my direct specialty (matchmaking, unit balancing, camera settings, localization, UI)- Had close cooperations with other departments (Programming, UI, TechArt, GPI, BI, 2D Art and 3D Art etc.)- Participated in educational project (Wargaming Academy) as supervisor and mentorOther useful experience:- Strong mathematical background (Probability theory, Math Analisis, Discrete mathematics etc.)Finished educational project (Wargaming Academy) as a student, our team’s project won 1st prize (https://gevernus.itch.io/theplay)- Some experience in Programming (mainly C# and F#), understanding of algorithms structures and ability to understand someone’s code- Player and Game Master in pen & paper role-playing game (D&D)- Organization of field role-playing games- 3 years of work as counselor in Summer Camps
