Rejoined the Social Innovation team working to advance Canada's first $ 755 million Social Finance Fund. The fund was launched in 2023 to accelerate private investment in mission-driven organizations, including wholesalers, intermediaries and grassroots social purpose organisations, in their resolve to innovate in tackling socio-economic and environmental issues and building vibrant communities.

Assisted the EU in the assessment of proposals tackling systemic issues related to: racism and xenophobia and other forms of intolerance, protection of children and women against violence, gender-based violence, and public health.Led several international expert teams and improved methodologies to deliver high quality project assessments for proposed projects across regions worldwide. Thematics have included sexual and reproductive health, children in conflict zones, and participation of children and youth. Short-term research assignment at my home department focused on trends in social innovation to help orient the work with the Social Innovation Advisory Council (SIAC). The SIAC is a ministerial advisory group including leaders, practitioners, and experts from across sectors. It will provide strategic advice and subject matter expertise to support the implementation of the Social Innovation and Social Finance Strategy.

Assignment on values and ethics team at the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. Held the pen on a revamped 2021 Annual Report on the Public Servant Disclosure Protection Act, with special attention to the environment that equity seeking groups require so that they too feel they can come forward with enquiries or allegations about possible wrongdoing.

During a 10 months' assignment at Public Health Agency of Canada's Strategic Policy and Planning group held the pen on weekly senior management briefings on trends in public health measures, epidemiology, and border measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic, drawing on agency, domestic and international data.
