Provide primary support for computer and network design, repair, and maintenance on church networks and computers.• Project Planning: Initiated, planned, executed, and managed the design and installation of new audio/visual systems in multiple sanctuaries and venues. Assisted with the planning, executing, and managing an extensive 50,000-square-foot building project that included IT, audio/visual, closed-circuit television, phone system, and furniture specifications.• Media/Marketing: Manage and work with a team of staff and volunteers that provide audio/video recording, editing, and LIVE broadcasting of Sunday services, classes, and special events. Initiate, design, implement, manage, and complete weekly newsletters, bulletins, posters, informational mailings, public relations pieces, and Webpages. Create graphics packages for special events.• Event Planning: Plan, execute, and manage the annual church-wide stewardship campaign. Assist other staff and volunteers in planning and organizing special events throughout the year, such as: concerts, fundraisers, banquets, retreats, camps, and educational events.• Human Resources: 2005-2010 – Administered Human Resource functions including, but not limited to, maintaining personnel files, developing and updating policies and procedures, computer software training, new employee orientation, and developing job descriptions.
