A member of the Jefferson Northeast wide Windows 10 upgrade team. We're updating users from Windows 7 to Window 10 computers. We recently contributed to Jefferson Health Northeast's Epic roll out which involved not only preparing the existing systems for the Epic system, also general problem solving, hardware and application configuration. Now that the Epic system is operational we augment their regular IT staff with a large variety of support duties, various projects, and normal IT related activities.
