I have a variety of skills & experience that I've honed over the past several years by working in a variety of positions such as Medical, Legal, Mortgage Lending, & Clerical.I worked at a Law Firm as a Legal Secretary. I performed a variety of Office & administrative tasks such as prepared court documents, trial preparation, managed filing system, scheduled meetings, appointments & depositions. I Contacted court reporters & process servers. Drafted pleadings, correspondence, & maintained client database. I worked in a family medical practice with multiple Physicians as a Certified Medical Assistance. I performed a variety of duties, such as, retrieving patient vitals, performing ancillary procedures such as flu, pregnancy, urine cultures, etc., maintained multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments for patients, returning patient's messages, completed patient referrals & other patient related documents. However, my certification has now expired & I have not renewed my certification as Medical Assistant.I was contracted by Key Personnel to work on a temporary project as a FIle Clerk for the Osage Nation. I assisted in the reorganization of the payroll and accounting departments. I created and maintained a large amount of files and records and assisted in timely delivery of reports. I was employed by a Home Health Agency as a Receptionist. My responsibilities insisted of Data Entry & handling a variety of customer service & administrative tasks. I operated a high volume phone system, managed calendars, records, prepared reports, & spreadsheets. I was contracted by Key Personnel to work on a temporary project as a Mortgage Servicing Rep for a Credit Union. I provided assistance in helping members with their mortgage inquiries & aided in a vast variety of office & administrative tasks such as appraisal orders, payoff statements, etc.I am now employed by ConcoPhillips as an IT Invoice Processing Associate for all of Telecommunications.
