Overseeing the Luxury retail space of 6000 sqm located in famous gift building in Katara mall.Key responsibilities Areas : - Designing floor plans, calculating Linear Capacity,Commercial Optimisation,Developing Budgets, KPIs and instore SOPs.- Plan and carry out the department's overall strategy; collaborate with the marketing team to create a marketing plan, work with the buying team. Feedback-giving and recognizing market trends.-Working alongside with key suppliers, buyers and vendors to ensure the stock delivery for the store.-Train department employees on corporate policies and procedures. - Work with business owners to review profit and loss figures (P&L)- Monitoring logistics and coaching the department's operations team.- Training and mentoring the store sales force.
