 Monitoring daily planning and dispatch activity. Monitoring of accurate receiving ordered quantity and dispatching quantity with safe loading & unloading activities. Monitoring the accuracy of available stock inventories. Provide leadership and direction to employees. To promote teamwork and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner. Prioritizing requirements in accordance to meet the deadlines. Preparing & completing delivery plan by Scheduling and Assigning personnel, Establishing priorities, Monitoring progress, Revising schedules, and Resolving problems. Monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems. To maintain good relationship among the employees in the department Preparing reports of invoice data's, inbound and outbound quantity, balance stock.  To ensure company safety rules and regulations are well disseminated to all staff and followed.

Inventory Management, Receiving, Dispatch, Stores, Logistics, Documentation and coordinate if any short materials received etc. Hands on experience in product goods receiving, Packaging development. Maintaining daily inbound and outbound activities & updating in reports. Checking quantity, quality & expiry date of all in-coming or out-going items. Coordinating with team to maintain stock according to safe level. Storing goods to allocated location as per its type. Proper implementation of FIFO method to prevent stocks from expiry. Conducting internal daily weekly and monthly cycle count. Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
