Colleagues describe her as "If you want to work with someone who’s calm, strategic, and optimistic, Carol is definitely the person to go to! I had the honor to work with her at Change++, where we helped create software for local nonprofits. Building a web portal with code, both for mobile and for desktop, from scratch is no easy task. Carol approached the project with curiosity, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Her skills as a software developer were clearly honed through this.
