-New project orders followed up in SAP based on the production plan.-Released work orders on time for production line and 100% satisfied the Customer Requested Date (CRD).-Controlled and to avoid the shortage of purchased materials on the assembly line.-Managed the excess and obsolete (E & O) inventory (below the level of 20%) due to order cancellation from customers.-Bill of material (BOM) maintenance for new project products in SAP PP.-Established the safety stock in SAP PP to build up the pipeline according to the Master Production Schedule (MPS).-Shipment optimized to avoid at least 30% excess air freight charges for the company.-Cross-communicated with Project Management/Sales Operation/Warehouse/Logistics to solve engineering or delivery issues.

-Implemented the ERP to manage the customer orders (eg. Sagem, Siemens, Jabil) in the European market, communicating with customers in terms of any issues.-Managed the customer’s order pull-in/push-out/cancellation request by the factory production plan.-Implemented the CRM to partially maintain the product quotation to meet the company's strategy in the European market.-Initiated the production team to complete the Finish Goods Report and Priority List.-Monitored the Work in Progress (WIP) to guarantee that new products can be 100% transferred to mass production.-Logistics planning to ensure all freight forwarders pick up the cargo in time to avoid excess stock in the warehouse.
