As one of the leading Furniture Retail in China, ZAOZUO targets at new-middle class by providing contemporary furniture to accessories. Here I am responsible for:· Assist VP for Product Strategy and training for new designers.· Product R&D from research to market and co-ordinate with the supply chain. During the employment over 10 series were produced with 6 patented.· Found ZAOZUO Design Lab, a research team for design trends & user insights, down to report.· Co-ordinate Marketing team for branding events. Communicate with oversea designers and assist their stay in China.

Founded by Theo Williams, the former design director of Habitats, the studio enjoys well reputation in the UK with a list of prestigious clients including IKEA, John Lewis, and Prada. During the internship I am involved in:· Product design from research, 3D-modeling to making· Communicate proposals to clients including IKEA and John Lewis· Contact suppliers and manufacturers · Press communication during London Design Festival.
