After acquisition by Astorg, Incopro became part of Corsearch, my team and I are responsible for all existing Corsearch/Incopro brand protection technology and work closely with the operational teams at Corsearch to design solutions for our customers' evolving brand protection challenges.• Managed convergence of 3 brand protection technology platforms supporting £45m+ ARR and 800+ customers.• Grew my team from 3 POs to 3 PMs, 8 POs and 3 UX to support 95 engineers, delivering on the convergence plan and mitigating the impact of the conflict in Ukraine, requiring thoughtful scale up and ramp down plans to ensure no disruption to customers and continuous delivery.• Established larger-scale product launch processes to support bigger user/customer base.• Introduced Pendo as an evolution of our product analytics toolkit to measure success of new features and manage deprecation of unused ones.

Our product is a combination of the technology we build and the innovations in services that we provide. My role focusses on building our technology to meet customer needs/solve customer problems and ensuring that our analyst teams are innovating the services we provide in line with the overall vision.• In partnership with SVP Engineering, introduced OKRs, which increased velocity of the 4 engineering teams by around 20%.• Established a product operations function, covering onboarding, enablement, support and product analytics improving the customer experience.• Implemented more robust product processes, to ensure capture of feedback and informed prioritisation of the roadmap.

Following our phenomenal growth as a company, I changed to a role with the customer at its heart, leading a team of 140 across product, customer success and operations. I worked across all functions of the company to develop our product vision, in line with the company vision, mission and purpose, and deliver internal and customer-facing roadmaps, adjusting in response to customer and business needs. I continued to evangelise about our product and services in pitches to prospects and built lasting relationships with our customers through frequent interactions with them.• Grew my product team from 1 PO to 1 VP, 3 POs and a UX designer to deal with increased product complexity and customer base of ~140 customers with $14m ARR.

During the early stages of our growth and leading up to and just after our Series A investment round, I carried a broad range of responsibilities but my main focus was on building out our capabilities in all areas and establishing our service teams around the world and forging partnerships with investigators and others. This included ongoing responsibility for HR including making sure we were able to secure a world class, multi-lingual and multi-cultural team. I have ensured that we have a solid base on which to build following investment.

After successful delivery of the first version of Incopro’s brand protection platform, Talisman, I focused on sales and operations, whilst continuing to work closely with the engineering team. I onboarded our new operational team members and supported their growth into their newly established roles. I also acted as sales engineer to win our first brand protection customers.

After joining Incopro full-time, continued to lead the development of Incopro’s brand protection platform, Talisman, and to establish our global operational capability to provide specialist IP protection services to both enterprise and SMB brands.• Evolved Talisman and our services to support multiple brands, globally, with new feature launches and service improvements. • Established initial operational capability in UK, providing specialist IP protection services to our first major customer, establishing our initial workflows and processes.

Provided start-ups, quasi-governmental bodies and trade associations with technical, investigative and strategic expertise on a project-basis. Working in a dynamic start-up environment, contributed to building a cybersecurity platform and developed the capability to deliver a 24/7/365 cyber threat intelligence service. • Built a very strong working relationship with the California based development team, working flexibly to enable communication and collaboration between the UK and US despite cultural, geographical and time differences, ensuring that customer feedback was factored into the product roadmap.• Managed and led a team of 28 across six operational functions, including Service Delivery/Customer Support and all covert/analytical activity.• Led on key projects including penetration testing of the product by an outside security company and a full legal review of the solution, by a leading London law firm, to ensure compliance with a range of relevant legislation.• Developed and managed all analytical and covert functions, including implementing a strategy for both automated and manual investigation, data collection and analysis; oversaw the design of a suite of intelligence products, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that met individual customer requirements.• Designed and built the office IT infrastructure, ensuring appropriate security whilst enabling remote working; carried out a Sales Engineer role to demo the solution and answer questions from technical leads in client companies; drove development of the technical solution through interaction with prospects, clients and internal teams; selected, customised and implemented an open-source incident management system which provided management information and a fully auditable ticketing solution.• Presented to a range of prospects and clients, both in a sales and operational capacity, across a number of sectors.

• Developed and implemented an internet anti-piracy strategy for the UK which delivered significant results, increased the team resource and secured the budget for an in-house web application developer.• Increased detection of infringing files online from 400,000 to over 2.5 million in 2 years using automated collection methods.• Introduced a pre-release protection programme to safeguard our members’ most important assets.• Demonstrated a compelling case for the BPI’s own computer forensic unit, working with the Director of Anti-Piracy to secure the funding and resources required to set up the unit within a short timescale and on budget.• Designed, developed and implemented automated processes for intelligence and evidence collection and analysis to inform the internet anti-piracy strategy, government lobbying and litigation activities of the BPI and its members.• Provided training in online investigations and open source research to UK law enforcement and others to an advanced level• Briefed ministers, government, senior law enforcement officers and the Lord Advocate on the e-crime threat and promoted the work of the BPI and the services offered.• Mentored and developed staff across the company, ensuring they develop and enhance necessary skills to deliver results.
