I started as a green recruiter 13 years ago and within 2 years was leading a team of contingent recruiters and running a full desk. After a few good years I had the opportunity to move to the Talent Acquisition side of the business with Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, where within 6 months I became head of Global Talent Acquisition and subsequently advised the C-Suite and Board of Directors on hiring needs, implementing talent acquisition systems and processes and helping propel rapid organizational growth and global scalability. I recruited and retained talent and executives from the top companies in the world and grew the company from 127 contributors to over 800+ people in 22 countries. Officially employee #3 at HTT. Today, I mostly work from home recruiting and headhunting IT, Software, Finance, BD, and Bitcoin positions for clients in the tech space.
