• Managed up to 9 analysts across Marketing and Growth product lines, overseeing a ~$400M annual budget for performance marketing (Google, Facebook, etc.), brand media (TV, Radio, Sports Marketing, etc.), and partnerships with companies like with Carvana, Chime, GasBuddy and Goosehead.• Established new data pipelines, defined KPIs, determined incrementality testing strategy, and collaborated with Finance to create partnership P&L statements.• Collaborated with Marketing and Product executive leadership to define budget, success criteria, and customer targeting strategy, resulting in more efficient resource allocation and a significant increase in marketing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).• Designed high visibility TV and Radio advertising experiments and developed Root’s Sports Marketing strategy with Denver Broncos for ‘22-23 season.• Spearheaded a company-wide ‘Know Your Numbers’ initiative, successfully increasing metric accountability and better communication between Product, Analytics, and executives.• Oversaw large-scale analytics infrastructure projects including stakeholder self-serve dashboards, automated A/B Test monitoring, and anomaly detection. These initiatives increased product velocity by 7% while also increasing analytics throughput by enabling decentralized, data-driven decision-making.• Led analytics sprint planning, organization design, and career development. Directed improvements to work samples and onboarding that contributed to headcount growth from 2 to 9 during this time.

• Led a team of 2 analysts in collaboration with product and engineering partners to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience across Root’s website, mobile applications, and third-party API integrations.• Created test requirements and analyses for over 50 A/B tests. Monthly visit-to-quote creation increased 15% relative during this time.• Analyzed features’ performance using SQL, implemented Bayesian approach to A/B testing via python (pandas, NumPy, SciPy, matplotlib), and visualized in Tableau. • Developed a SQL-based fraud detection system that identified suspicious activity in real-time and saved $2M annually by preventing fraudulent referral redemptions.

• Oversaw $2.3B in investments across hedge funds, emerging market debt, and public equity, including personally managing a $220M multi-strategy hedge fund platform.• Conducted quantitative due diligence using multivariate and stepwise regression, heatmaps and principal components analysis in python (seaborn, sklearn) and Excel.

• Originated $1.2B+ in commercial mortgage loans through 37 deals across all property types and created a global pipeline reporting tool tracking 900+ deals ($20.4B), enhancing portfolio visibility and real-time market data, leading to the acceptance of 3 additional territories after 18 months.

- Provided comprehensive support to Battelle’s investment programs. Programs included $2.3 billion pension, $1.8 billion 401(k), and a $500 million balance sheet portfolio.- Reduced yearly recurring write-down expense significantly by adjusting the quarterly impairment analysis of the balance sheet’s available-for-sale securities.- Received an Outstanding Performance Award in recognition of impairment and audit upkeep.- Analyzed a broad alternative investments portfolio, reviewed pitch books and produced periodic reporting.
