In charge of the administrative management of the Control Risks office in Panama City. Supporting the onboarding of personnel, support in talent acquisition processes.Tasks and Responsabilities- Payroll and new hires enrollments.- Onboarding process- Employees Benefits enrollment- Panama pacifico Regulation - Overtime, vacations and medical absences reports.- Administrate, update and review the HRM system. Develop mechanisms to ensure data accuracy of this system through processes.- Support any bank payments and lease with them on day by day matters to ensure smooth operation of any related items.- Ensure facilities, and equipment remains in good condition. Maintain and manage any office supplies inventory.- Manage all vendor relationships, facility management . - As office support, work closely with colleagues through the Americas and in the Panama office, developing strategies and programs that will ensure the most efficient operation of the office.- Visitors. Ensure all incoming visitors by Control Risks staff are properly coordinated, including airport pickup, hotel arrangements. Liaise with OS to ensure visitors have access to all relevant systems.- Responsible of the organization of corporate events.- Coordinator of Volunteering
