As a Customer Advisor, I would be the first point of contact for customers who were looking to do anything to do with the bank. Whether that be conducting financial business from routine balance enquires, chasing up any account applications to going through assessment and applying for products such as new accounts, overdrafts, credit cards or loans. Additionally, if any customers were dissatisfied with a service then I would log any complaints down to either resolve at first point of contact or escalate to the dedicated team, all the while making sure the relevant information was recorded for FCA regulation. Other duties included doing full reviews of accounts with every customer, opening savings accounts after establishing their needs, paying off customers loans, sending out information via email and post etc.

The wide variety of tasks that I got to perform in this role included the capturing of images on a white seamless background, with both mannequins, models, and in a Lastolite Cubelite.The products that I captured covered a wide range, from a small set of earrings all the way up to an exclusive worldwide release. Duties included taking products from arrival, through shooting on either a mannequin,model or in the cubelite. Followed by the spreadsheet paperwork that accompanied the products and finally renaming and exporting the files to send via FTP.Clients that I have shot products for have included:Canterbury, Henri Lloyd, Madam Rage, J'adore Shoes and many more.I also took care of all the editing of Virtual Catwalk videos that were being produced for clients that wanted this option for their website.

I was able to use my teamwork and leadership skills with other photographers and assistants to get the job done as efficiently as possible and was able to direct people in the studio to get effective images.
