As a Mental Health Professional who has been learning the discipline for over 7 years now, I understand that it is okay to feel but it is not okay to repress. Hence, Healing Huggs envisions to deliver a safe and open space to understand one’s emotional patterns, gain insights and building a healthy coping. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and trauma informed in nature along the person centred lens. My areas of work are interpersonal relationships, childhood trauma and attachment, inner child, anxiety, somatic understanding, emotional regulation, life transitions and self growth.
