With over 25 years of experience in the management and delivery of technology services, Jeff has specialized in the area of enterprise technology infrastructure, communications and networking systems and security. Engagements with health delivery networks, health plans, pharmaceuticals and non-profit foundations have included IT strategic planning, architecture development, design and implementation of data networks, server infrastructure, application of Internet security, and operational effectiveness.For many years Jeff was a partner at Aspen Advisors, consultant manager at First Consulting Group and supported General Motors internationally at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). During 2010 – 2014 he managed a team of technical architects and project managers as a partner with Aspen Advisors providing services to health delivery organizations across the country.
