I teach people ways to obtain optimal health, by giving guidance in nutrition, physical fitness, vitamins and supplements. It is a passion of mine to help people become the best they can be through nutrition and fitness. I also show people ways to create time freedom.

I am honored to have the opportunity to be the head volleyball coach for Faith Lutheran High School. I am passionate about volleyball and love teaching athletes the proper form and technique. I believe that it is important to have good sportsmanship and work together as a team, so that we may honor God with our talents. As the childcare supervisor, I was responsible for placing children in the correct rooms, assisted in rooms that were short handed, restocked supplies, assembled craft kits, and responsible for securing the church.

Head coach for FISH Homeschool Group for their 4-6th grade competitive team. We are working on a 4-2 rotation. I am also the assistant to the 7-8 grade volleyball team! Teaching the kids the proper techniques of volleyball skills and teamwork!

For 2 years, I coached the 4-6th grade co-ed competitive volleyball team. This year I was able to coach the middle school competitive team and we are running a 6-2 rotation! I enjoy coaching these wonderful athletes and watching them grow in their volleyball abilities!

I was the JV Volleyball coach and Assistant Varsity Volleyball coach for a total of 3 years. I was responsible for the well-being of my team and taught them how to become better volleyball players, become good leaders and how to play as a team. As the Assistant Varsity Volleyball coach, I helped the head coach with practices and games. We worked as a team to help the girls become better players, as well as leaders and become a team!I coached and taught at South View for 2 years and then moved to TN and then moved back and coached again in 2006. While coaching I was also a Freshman Health and P.E. teacher for a year.

I worked with clients to help them gain the knowledge of exercise equipment, taught correct form and movement, gave nutritional guidance and helped motivate my clients to continue their weight loss or fitness journey.
