When I am not working on Bullying Recovery, I work with civilian and government clients to develop courseware for either online or in-person learning. I also run the Learning Management Systems they use. I believe that this is part of the combination of my passion to teach and speak as well as the skills to develop instructional design and create compelling learning to help others. I am also a Subject Matter Expert for a Department of Defense Sexual Assault awareness project.During my years doing this work, I have been able to develop several products on PTSD and leadership skills, allowing me to use knowledge I gained in my own Bullying Recovery work at my job as well. I have worked on projects as the technology has evolved from Classroom learning, to CD-ROM learning, to DVD learning, and now to Cloud-based learning.
