I have a healing practice that umbrellas my different healing offerings. The metaphysical arm approaches the mind. Here you can receive healing like reiki, channeling, accessing your akashic records, past lives, and biodecoding. Clinical approaches such as EMDR, NLP, and trauma informe, inner child healing are also used. Tantra, Kundalini, and womb work are also offered here.With the alchemical arm, the body, I wear a certified nutritionist and wellness coach hat, where we work together to get to the root of your discomforts by shifting what you eat, the quality of your sleep, and your self care practices. Yoga, Pilates, and Thai massages are also an option to help you remove stagnant energy. My nutrition specialties include high blood pressure, weight management, sleep conditions, womb diseases, mental health conditions and sexual health conditions. Transcendental healing brings it all together as the final arm. Here is spirit, where I provide shamanic readings and cleanses. Medicine from plants is an option here, as I help facilitate retreats with plant medicines including Kambo, Rapeh, Psilo Syria Rue, and Aya.
