-Manage email marketing campaigns end to end including planning, targeting, testing, execution, reporting and optimization for the U.S. and Canada-Manage and maintain all affiliate relationships-Oversee two content executives who produce the email campaigns-Manage revenue targets and optimize email campaigns to reach targets, set monthly and quarterly -Maintain a complex editorial calendar by month ensuring all targets are hit when possible-Weekly and monthly reporting on email trends, KPIs, user trends, optimization, A/B testing and other key elements to our email program-In-depth research into travel trends, companies, seasonality and travel deals in the market to ensure we are promoting relevant, competitive and targeted content to our users

- Execute email marketing campaigns for our subscribers in the United States and Canada- Work with clients directly to manage content expectations and help build a successful email campaign- Research and organize content to be included in our various email products sent 4-5 times per week- Work closely with the sales team to ensure clients understand the process of our email program- Assist on implementing mobile optimized email templates- Provide insight into KPIs, subscriber behavior trends and responsiveness to promotions - Develop email subject lines and track their performance to determine trends in open rates- Work closely with the content team to brainstorm new ideas for email products and templates- Produce analysis to help demonstrate subscriber trends in various parts of the country as well as travel behavior based on seasonality- Use this information to determine destination popularity with our subscribers and factors that contribute to a successful performance for our clients over time

-Managing all data and correspondence between two and four-year colleges and universities in the Midwest region of the country -Editing material for our annual College Admissions Data Sourcebooks and other various publications we produced both online and in print-Writing and editing weekly articles for a newly-launched college resource website as well as a blog focused on public colleges and universities-Managing email marketing campaigns for promotional purposes and assisting with our social media accounts on an as-need basis

As an intern in the advertising department of this newspaper company, I worked to sell advertisement space and create sales incentives. Additionally, I assisted with carrying out market research for the newspaper's sales team. While there, I gained experience in editorial, graphic design, sales, operating the newspaper's website, and other aspects of the newspaper industry.
