20+ years of helping others, educating, problem solving, and leading, across a diverse mix of fields, including health care, information technology, research, data management, information analysis, planning, and management.I've innovated new programs for health and wellness, devised integrated product collection, storage, transport, and training for medical needs, facilitated knowledge management and access, and consulted on product development from the end user and technical requirement stand points. Working in a variety of fields has given me a breadth of knowledge and experience to fuse ideas and think outside of the box. I've managed 5-8 leaders, supervising 50-75 people in small organizations, or served as small to medium team manager for specialized functions in large organizations. I've provided trauma and routine care in both austere and clinical environment, as well as health, wellness, and acute care for and average of 900 person empanelment. I reach outside of a current organization and 'box' to coordinate resources, development and research, to answer questions and deliver needs fostering relationships and organizational growth. Through all these I've built trust, facilitated collaboration, established direction and guidance, and proven my management ability.Sometimes the solution to a problem is in another field, why limit your answer to just one domain, variety and experience allows one to combine disparate ideas and fields to provide elegant solutions that deliver quality product with reduced overhead.
