Developed functional and technical designs for conversion of Landlord, Pay Plans, Payment Arrangements, Credit and Collections, Bills and Customer Contacts CC&B entities. Conversion designs are from multiple legacy mainframe systems including Coned’s CSS and Orange & Rockland’s Customer Information System (CIMS). Reviewed designs with Coned and Orange and Rockland business SME’s and obtained approvals.Developed conversion source side reconciliation technical scripts for Coned and Orange and Rockland business units using SQL Developer and ODI. Source conversion reconciliation code was developed for all master “V” entities and transactional entities, including financial balances. Reviewed reconciliation results with Coned technical and business leads and obtained approvals of source data for all master and transactional data elements. Performed peer reviews of source side queries for the Coned business.Obtained PCR for maintenance of approved functional and technical designs and updated designs based on Azure DevOps change requests and retrofits. Migration and re-hosting project for US Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center, Debt Collection and Management Services (DMCS) System. The project is migrating the client’s DMCS application from an IBM mainframe COBOL CICS/VSAM application to a UNIX/Oracle.Responsibilities include converting, testing and validating 150+ SAS reports.Extracted data from 40+ mainframe VSAM files and loaded into similar Oracle database tables. Maintained data file inventory for use during migrations and UAT testing.Created SQL queries used for validating data loads. Conducted Oracle database training for mainframe developers using SQL developer.

The team was also responsible for developing and seeding the Operational Data Store which contains all legacy data not part of the Maximo core data conversion. Intereviewed and managed a team of 5 developers working on the data conversion. Developed coding standards and review processes which the developers were required to follow. Designed and presented the data conversion plan and schedule to all project personnel during design validation sessions. Scheduled and managed data conversion design mapping meetings to gather requirements. Analyzed legacy data for translation and loading into the Maximo application. Performed code reviews with the developers. Developed loading scripts and methodology utilizing Maximo Enterprise Adapter and IBM Websphere. Fossil Maximo Developed data conversion scripts for converting legacy Supply Chain and Work Management data into Maximo for 11 Fossil Power Plants utilizing Maximo Enterprise Adapter and Websphere. Converted data from Datastream D7i into Maximo, utilizing Oracle Warehouse Builder and Oracle Pl/Sql packages. Responsible for data conversion project weekly status reporting. Performed data mapping and requirements gathering sessions with the power users. Performed code reviews with the developers. Managed data defects and issues using Mercury Quality Center. Developed individual project deliverables utilizing Sharepoint.

Code remediation included redesign of the Order Management interface which creates sales orders in Oracle Order Management from an external system, MP2, developed by Datastream. Also designed, developed, implemented and tested changes to the project cost interface, item master, available balances, valid projects and sponsors and order confirmation and staging interfaces for MP2. Designed, developed and executed data conversions for the MP2 system.

Designed and developed interfaces for the Purchasing, Accounts Payable and General Ledger modules of the Oracle 11i Applications. Interfaces included Purchase Order import, Receiving transactions, AP invoices and GL journal entries. Developed PL/SQL functions, procedures and packages using the TOAD development tool. Method Blue development methodology was used to document the design, configuration and testing operations. Installed setup for purchase orders including vendors, distribution accounts, Flex Field segment values and transaction codes.

Contracted to support and develop enhancements to the Oracle Applications ERP Financials at Constellation Power Source. Initial duties were to set-up, test and document the Order Entry, Inventory and Bills of Materials modules. Also was involved in set-up of HR module. Testing included all custom Oracle Application interfaces, reports and forms linked to 3rd party systems used for warehouse management and inventory planning. Developed reports and custom forms to integrate the cloned system. Developed Cash Flow Statements and other financial reports using Oracle's Financial Statement Generator module within the 11i instance. Modified audit reports to monitor the custom interfaces and notified users of data issues using Oracle Reports 6i. Modified custom forms and reports for version 11i and 10.7 of the applications to include additional functionality as needed. Developed Unix shell scripts used to notify users via email when system problems arise. Utilized SQL*Plus, PL/SQL and PRO*C to research production issues. Created periodic and event alerts using Oracle Alert Manager. Developed custom HR interface which verified employee and application user setup properties. Involved with process improvement of Constellation Power Source's Datastream MP2 product which is a maintenance management and materials management software. Managed a system upgrade including design, development, testing and user approval. Improved performance of several reports and processes utilizing Oracle tools. Modified order export and project import interfaces for the MP2 system.

Corvis Corporation provides high-end equipment for the telecommunications industry and has implemented the full suite of Oracle Applications Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for their internal use. Lead analyst in the implementation of the Oracle Order Entry module which included developing custom interfaces, writing shell scripts, developing reports and forms and training users. Designed a custom Build Planning system to determine Corvis' capability to build the end product and point out weaknesses in the inventory. The Build Planning system, which utilized Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, database tables, triggers, PL/SQL packages and Qualtrend web reporting, became an essential part of Corvis' planning system. Worked with users on a daily basis maintaining the Oracle system which includes conducting training classes periodically. Designed manufacturing statistical reports using Qualtrend, a graphing and reporting web based tool purchased from Winspc. Designed ASP pages to complement the Qualtrend reporting system. Also created custom forms and reports which extended the functionality of the Oracle HR module.

Responsible for designing, developing and integrating custom modules for Micros Systems Inc., a worldwide provider of Point of Sales systems for the hospitality industry, using Oracle Applications and development tools. The integration effort provided Micros with an ERP system which linked headquarters with 8 district offices and 23 worldwide subsidiaries. Technical lead for development of a software access key system developed using Oracle Developer 2000 Forms 4.5, Reports 2.5, and Browser 2.0. Registered Custom Application within Oracle Applications and interfaced software with Oracle Supply Chain modules. Developed PL/SQL procedures, packages, and triggers. Defined and scheduled concurrent processes. Created descriptive flexfields and value sets. Implemented electronic forms generation systems which included designing 13+ electronic forms using Optio FormsExpress and Oracle Applications. Implemented a faxing system which faxes the electronic forms directly from the Oracle Applications using Optio FAXFX. Other responsibilities included: applying client side and server side patches to the Oracle Applications; creating tablespaces, tables, indexes and views; shutting down and restarting concurrent managers; performing data loads using SQL*LOADER; and ensuring applications are running properly on a daily basis. Acted as system manager, performing all system management duties including maintenance of 70+ Image databases, test and implement Cognos' Powerhouse software upgrade, create and maintain users, and operating system upgrades. Created and updated Powerhouse dictionaries. Design, develop, implement and maintain Smart Key system for QA assurance team using Powerhouse. The Smart Key system was used to create license keys for software sold to Micros' customers. Performed data mapping for implementation of Clarify's Oracle database. Implemented data warehousing system using Cognos' PowerPlay software.

Design, develop and maintain systems on HP3000 in a manufacturing environment. Converted from IBM S/36 to HP3000 a scheduling system for job press orders using Cobol, View, and Image. Performed a number of system manager functions, such as system reload, cold start, system configuration changes, and database changes. Made extensive changes to MCBA, job costing, area to allow interface into payroll in order to track and monitor employees' production using Powerhouse. Developed a system for receiving EDI purchase orders from customers and downloading into the BOSS/3000 order entry system on the HP3000.
