I love to shake things up. I enjoy throwing all the clothes in your closet into a pile and going through them one by one to determine what should be placed back and what should go. When a problem is found, I like to gather the information, sort through it, and reconfigure it to meet a solution. My goal is to empower others through information and find a way to acquire or use what is present to become better. For the last 10 years, I have been a problem-solving Business professional. My background includes training, Human Resources, conflict resolution, analysis, contract negotiation, relationship management, and information Systems. I enjoy learning new systems and generating new process solutions through detailed analysis and research. I find I thrive in environments with a sense of urgency and focus on providing value.I believe perspective is important in this present day, as it shapes the world.
