I had the opportunity to work in different discipline, industry for over 20+ years, ranging from Consumer Electronics(IT department, e-commerce, Loyalty Programme); Market Research (GFK Retails Solutions) and Media/Digital/Marketing Agency . Starting off as Desktop/System support; Web Application Developer with IT Department of SONY(Malaysia) back in 1999. Over the years, with my technical knowledge and experience with Information Technology; I've managed to moved my way up in managing and growing the company's Online Store and MYSony loyalty programme by working very closely with the business's Consumer Marketing & Sales division. this is also where I've first discovered my passion over Big Data Solutioning(SAP Desktop Intelligence/Business Objects) and interest over Consumer Data analytics.In 2013, I've joined GFK(M) Retail Solution as a member of the Business Analyst's teamhandling Regional Operation Hub Management(LATAM, Africa) Department where our primary functionality is to carry out analytics exercise over the company's Production workflow (Resources and Output performance analysis) My Journey in Publicis(MY) till DIGITAS(marketing agency under PublicisGroupe): started in mid 2015 till 1Q2022: Started off Data Analyst(Lead); where my task includes leading Data team as well; at the same time, I've also extended my skillset, specializing in Consumer/brand sentiment/industry Research, Web+Social analytics; primarily supporting & manage the agency's deliverable (reporting, dashboard visualization) to its clientele; secondary role is to support the Planning and Strategic department in enriching Strat deck for new business pitches. my current journey with Quandatics Malaysia, as a Senior project manager, I offer a range of skills and expertise that are essential to the success of any project.
