Tim and his business partner built a business, Kumulus, with employees in the USA, Philippines and Australia, helping customers "Mind the GAP" between on-premise and cloud solutions. Kumulus delivered proven and mature solutions providing IT Operational Agility with a Cost-Out Focus by creating seamless user and operational experiences.Kumulus proudly launched a DaaS/ MDaaS solution in the USA in 2022 focused on MSPs and direct customers. The business was built on the back of the AWS and NetApp solution portfolio including being the fastest-ever NetApp Gold certified partner and the first Cloud Certified Partner in ANZ. Kumulus was the only AWS Select Storage partner in APAC (outside of Global SIs) both AWS and NetApp Cloud certified.

Tim's 12-month contract focused on building an enterprise-focused sales team and partner model in the APAC region. The go-to-market sales plays focused on digital & call centre platforms covering Social Marketing, Social Commerce, and Customer Care.

Tim drove digital sales and partnerships in the ANZ/ ASEAN sales region. Tim's young school-age children required considerable support through the draconian 268-day lockdown; with both parents in senior corporate roles, he made the decision to leave his role to support his children and wife.

Achieved considerable sales success (162% in FY20 Jul-Jun) and built strong partnerships with the Top Tier Global Consulting Groups
