Program Manager leading large cross-functional teams responsible for greenfield operations and joint ventures in Latin America - including Brazil, Argentina, Mexico (with Avantel), Venezuela, and Chile. Managed, at the same time, a team responsible for developing and implementing all order-to-cash (including customer support) processes for the Emerging Markets of Latin America and Asia/Australia - for the entire suite of UUNET Products ranging from Fixed Leased Line Access to Bespoke Intra-company VPN Solutions.

Responsible for ensuring Global Connectivity across newly acquired Operating Companies, including leading a Merger Integration Program in Europe (based for a short period in Amsterdam) as well as North America. Prior to this, I was responsible for the company's internal Information Security, including the development of a Global Information Security Policy and working with law enforcement agencies to track "hackers" transiting through our Internet Network (which at that time, comprised 40% of the entire Internet). I started working at UUNET as a Product Engineer, developing and delivering innovative Perimeter Security Solutions (Firewalls) and advising over 50 clients on their Security Policies.

Selected as part of the first Salomon Brothers Technology Trainee program. Completed an in-depth Capital Market Training Course alongside the firm's new Traders and Investment Bankers. Responsible for External Electronic Connectivity to the (then relatively new) Internet, Key Clients and Market Data Providers to support Trading Floor and Investment Banking Activities. Led a Change Program to migrate remote access for all 6000 Salomon Employees via encrypted authentication through the Public Data Network (from X.25).
