I have been working in customer service for almost 20 years. I am a huge fan of learning and mastery. I am very driven and need to have room to grow and have a challenging working environment. I work best in situations and areas where I have the room to create and develop plans, goals and strategies. I strive to elevate those around me any way possible through education, mentorship and individualized needs. I believe it is the key to achieving success in every arena, through work, through my personal life and through all my goals.
