My team's primarily focuses is acquiring new B2B bulk contracts with MDU/SFU Community Owners, HOAs and Developers, for Spectrum TV and Internet services. This includes greenfield and existing Apartments, Gated Single Family Homes, and Senior communities. Bulk is advantageous to our customers as it offers an attractive discounted rate for TV + Internet in exchange for 100% of the property participating in the bulk program. For Spectrum, bulk eliminates churn, bad debt and guarantees a constant, profitable revenue stream for the agreement term. I am also responsible for defending our base of existing properties with attractive and profitable renewal offers.

Deluxe OnDemand's end-to-end VOD management system makes it easy to acquire, process, and deliver video assets, in any format, to any device. Responsible for the partnership with Studios and Networks to ensure the acquisition of content on behalf of our clients (MVPDs & OTT Retailers). Oversee the processing and delivery of VOD content to all client platforms in a timely manner.
