Responsible for new business development planning and execution to business partners and distributors for multi-family/unit projects for cabinetry lines. Create and implement sales and marketing strategies for the territory to increase revenue and profitability of the sale. Perform regular client visits with an emphasis on training of personnel on product/policies. Manage and consult clients on development of joint business initiatives. Drive market share in existing distributor accounts while consistently evaluating territory growth opportunities through new business partners and distributors. Work with existing distributor base to grow their overall revenue ultimately growing revenue simultaneously through a partner relationship. Identify and leverage local marketing and networking opportunities involving targeted business partners and distributors to maximize revenue. Determine market size, target accounts and territory capacity. Establish new accounts in targeted geographic locations. Develop sales and marketing business plans for all accounts.

Develop and maintain key accounts and clients for the organization by planning and implementing strategies to retain current business and converting new business in the commercial construction and building materials market with strong emphasis of specification development and demand. Promotes and presents company products at fabricators, architects, general contractors, and facility managers. with emphasis on laminate and panel development. Develops a thorough understanding of key client's needs and requirements and prepares customized solutions. Provides customer base with post sale follow up and addresses customer issues or concerns. Communicates and collaborates with multi-level departments within organization to ensure customers' needs are met.
