Replaced the manual process and eliminated the need for a neuro-anatomy expert. • Invented “Tomar”, a rehabilitation tool used to treat cranial nerve dysfunction, and developed the initial treatment protocol. Integrated the tool into the overall TBI and ABI treatment protocols, leading to vastly improved auditory and visual localization for several hundred patients and improved olfactory function in approximately 20 patients with post-Covid anosmia.• Developed a genetic algorithm for the creation of optimized patient, therapist, and clinic resource schedules. Continuously refined based on therapist feedback and clinic evolution. Replaced the manual process, allowing for increased patient loads, the hiring of additional therapists, and improved schedules. Generated, optimized, and uploaded approximately 700 appointments per week.• Mentored several members of leadership and management, at the request of ownership.• Automation allowed for growth of the clinic from approximately 400 patients/year to approximately 850 patients/year by eliminating operational bottlenecks.
