About Heath Pardoe

I develop and apply computational techniques to identify anatomical changes in the human brain associated with disease. The imaging modality I use is magnetic resonance imaging. The primary neurological disorder I investigate is epilepsy.Specialties:- Computational analysis of neuroanatomical MRI including artificial intelligence, deep learning and machine learning approaches- Multi-site neuroimaging data harmonization- Image quality control with a focus on assessing and correcting for in-scanner head motion
