How It WorksThe client purchases the medical bracelet or device through www.4eMbrace.com or via mail order. Each medical bracelet has a unique identification number under which the client will register and access the secure website. The client will input pertinent medical information as well as emergency contact information. There are two levels of access. The First Responder Page and the Medical Provider Page. The First Responder has access to only limited information (name, medical conditions, allergies and emergency contacts). Participating medical providers can access full medical history, physician information, medication list, insurance information, and any ancillary information the client wishes to provide.
