In charge of the BBQ during game days which saw use serve from 500-1000 people on a nightly bases. Was the main cook in the BBQ while also assisting in other stands across the stadium. On off days I would accept deliveries of all food and beverage orders. When the season ended my primary job was to assist the maintenance crew with any jobs or fixes ups that needed to be done around the stadium

All aspects of Customer service from Bartending to attaining to the guest needs. Whether that means replenishing the buffet when needed, clean up tables, check people into the club, and make sure the guest has a First Class experience every time they come visit our lounge.

As an usher you had many different positions you could be assigned to on any given night. Ticket taking where you are the face of the building as people enter trying to get them in as fast and orderly as possible. Security which meant you had to escort guest through metal detectors and do random pat downs. The main position was working in an aisle as you would show guest to their seats, assist with any needs the guest had, and solved any problems that may happen during any given event.

Was a server for the BBQ where I would helped the cooks prepare food for service, would serve guest during service, and did a deep clean every night. Would also be a cashier when needed.
