I have a great role... I get to be the guy that people come to when they are stuck, want to know how to do something, or if something is possible.It's challenging and demanding but at times very rewarding watching people you have supported, trained, and influenced, grow and excel in new and emerging areas be it new physical technology, improved workflows, new capabilities, new service offerings, etc... and watch them pass that new-found knowledge onto clients and other staff.I've typically been a back of house guy, supporting the business to deliver its projects. The last few years I've also been used in a technical pre-sales role, listening to clients explain their problems and helping our staff and clients to understand the true underlying issue and to help identify and explain the use cases, technology, and processes to resolve the client’s issues.
