I am an attorney with extensive litigation experience in multiple practice areas representing individuals and companies as plaintiffs and defendants.Over the past 17 years, I have litigated a wide range of matters in Massachusetts District Courts and Superior Courts including: personal injury, property insurance, medical malpractice, contract disputes, products liability, premises liability, director and officer liability, consumer law ( 93A liability), landlord tenant disputes, employment law, trustee/fiduciary liability and other private matters. Each case I handle from start to finish, including initial analysis of the issues, research of applicable law and litigation of the claim, issue and/or dispute to finality at trial or alternative forum, including arbitration, mediation and reference hearings.I have considerable experience in other legal practice areas including, negotiation and draft a wide range of contracts including agreements regarding information technology, SaaS, employment, non-compete, commercial and residential real estate purchase and leases, Commercial Litigation, Debt Collection, Real Estate Conveyance and litigation, Criminal Defense and Administrative Appeals regarding Driver's Licenses and Firearm Licenses.I have successfully drafted and argued appeals before the Appellate Division and Massachusetts Appeals Court.My broad experience has enhanced my litigation acumen and formed a well rounded legal practice.Management Experience: I supervise staff attorneys and administrative assistants, overseeing work product and daily operations of the firm.
