Mr. Anderson served as a police officer with the City of Chesapeake, VA and as a federal law enforcement officer with the U.S. Coast Guard and is a military veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.As the former CIO, CPO, and CHCO of the United States Capitol Police, Heath led the IT and human capital transformation efforts and received the Congressional Gold Medal for his role in supporting the USCP, Congress, stakeholders, and visitors following the events that took place at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. Heath is also a co-founder of La Jolla Press, a boutique publishing company that leverages his passion for writing and design. Heath holds a master's degree in management from Johns Hopkins University Division of Public Safety Leadership and a bachelor's degree in information technology management from Western Governors University.
