Cooking and serving meals for customers, cleaning and ensuring the kitchen was in full working order. Preparation of food to be sold in the student shop. Opening and closing down the kitchen including running the kitchen on my own and ensuring all necessary safety procedures had been carried out before the kitchen was closed.
