In this role I provided leadership to an operations group consisting of over 45 auto glass technicians, managers and customer service associates as well as 5 outside sales representatives. * Developed relationships with key auto insurance agents and claims executives* Performed all HR functions including hiring, firing, reviews and training* Worked with IT, sign, phone and supply vendors along with new car dealers to keep stores and mobile operations running smoothly * Negotiated new leases for store locations

In this position I successfully led a team of over 20 employees in eight rental car branches throughout Southern New Hampshire.

I managed 3 different rental car branches in Central Massachusetts over 5 years. As a branch manager I had full P+L, customer service and sales responsibilities along with basic HR functions and training and developing my employees.
