Assumed the sales strategy and management for lighting showroom marketing channels for North America when the pandemic hit. Relocated to London in 2021 to build the UK/EMEA business and redirect the EU distribution formerly managed in the US. Relocated to the US in Fall of 2023. Direct three teams with twelve direct reports and 21 independent sales agencies/distributors. ➥Successfully transitioned EU shipping from the US to the UK, partnering with a third-party logistics company, decreasing shipping time by more than 40% and increasing sales by 20% with ERP automation. ➥Doubled the lighting channel in three years and achieved a record year with 42% business growth in 2022 and 13% account base growth. ➥Double the international business in three years with a 20% growth and a 1% increase in active accounts with the launch of two galleries in Mexico City and Canada, producing all-time sales records in 2022.
