Current- Manage all Floreo customer relationships from onboarding to ongoing engagement and adoption- Customer retention and renewals- Provide training, support, and resources to all Floreo customers- Accurately present customers' voices internally; escalating their voices when appropriate- Liaise effectively and efficiently with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive customer success and achieve objectives and improve outcomes from internal and external stakeholders- Innovate and improve upon processes, protocols, product ideas, and operations
