-Worked and lived in a deep field site implementing civilian protection and violence prevention programming for those affected by the crisis/violent conflict in South Sudan. -Assigned as Child Protection focal point, started and maintained a Child Safe Space. -Provided technical skills trainings in child protection, gender-based violence, conflict analysis, nonviolent conflict resolution and community-based protection strategies.

-Performed research to familiarize with programs, goals and financial needs as well as current trends and best practices in the development field.-Prepared concept papers, donor reports, and proposals.-Managed short-term volunteers to help orchestrate their travel, and over-seeing any other types of work they would be performing.
