With seven years of experience in NYC Public Schools and almost a decade in a non-profit organization, I am passionate about improving the educational opportunities and outcomes for all students, especially multilingual learners. As Policy Communications and Implementation Manager in the Division of Multilingual Learners, I lead cross-functional projects that support the development, implementation, and dissemination of policies and guidance for schools and families.As a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), I apply agile principles and practices to manage project streams with multiple dependencies, ensuring timely and quality delivery of resources and services. I excel at writing, communication, and relationship-building skills across organizational levels and functions, as well as collaborating and problem-solving with diverse stakeholders.
