 Collaborate with customers daily to ensure aircraft maintenance requirements are known and executed Develop and maintain a heavy maintenance plan for scheduled maintenance visits Monitor and track the progress and performance of the heavy maintenance plan, identifyproblem areas, and initiate recommendations for corrective actions Participate in planning meetings for scheduled check aircraft and facilitate communicationsand activities with all maintenance departments, customer entities and maintenance vendors Plan and schedule the production workload including, but not limited to, maintenanceinspections, time controlled component removals and deferred maintenance items Retrieve, interpret and distribute aircraft manufacturer drawings and maintenance planningdata Demonstrate knowledge of Federal Aviation Authority regulations (FARs) and AirworthinessDirectives (ADs) Coordinate with production for effective flow of aircraft maintenance Build and review work orders for scheduled heavy maintenance, aircraft inductions and otherspecial projects Serve as liaison between aircraft owner base stations and aircraft maintenance facility Tracking of additions and deletions from work packages Compare Addendums or Exhibits to work packages to ensure correct generation of taskcards Create billing spreadsheets for packages to ensure the customer is billed correctly Create Sales Orders for Billing to use upon completion of work package
