Developed a grant process and managed grants to cities to plan for receiving development rights from the counties.Energy Policy Specialist (March - October 2009): Worked on a temporary project with the Energy Policy Office to develop the Energy Efficiency Block Grant program for local governments under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
