Plan and conduct inspections and monitoring to ensure processes are adhered to and effective in delivering stated outcomes. Recommend process changes and new processes, coordinate closed loop corrective action process to ensure process and system issue resolution.Monitor error trends and look for opportunities to improve information resources and business processes, make recommendations and work collaboratively across HAEEU to minimize customer and professional partner’s issues caused by repetitive errors or misinformation, both human and system errors. Work directly with front line staff and support unit Supervisors to compare quality assurance data results and provide feedback, support, and direction on streamlining the process and ensuring the objectiveness of their findings. Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze the data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. Prepare and request reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities to management and members of leadership.
