As a manager in Utility Client Relations, my role is to continually develop a growing team of client relations account representatives, who act as liaisons between Cass, our clients and our business partners. We strive to constantly innovate to provide the very best bill pay solution to our customers, while drawing on the solid base of the established Cass processes.My personal client base while working for Cass has included multi-family and commercial property management companies, retail stores, banking institutions, telecom networks, utility companies, restaurants and more. My career background outside of Cass includes restaurant and property management experience, along with significant experience in the training and development of employees.
