I worked as a HR generalist providing guidance and advice to managers both in the UK and overseas in a matrix structure, ensuring a full HR service is provided across the business. I manage employee relations, such as disciplinary, grievance, performance and sickness absence. I have implemented a new talent management process to create a pipeline of talent in specialised technology roles, which has had successful results. My other responsibilities include designing and delivering training to a people management training curriculum, as well as undertaking projects for compensations and benefits such as auto-enrolment. Another main responsibility is graduate recruitment, including attending target universities and running graduate assessment centres.

I provided a generalist HR service to line managers and employees across seven different legal entities, which are located in twenty eight sites in the UK. Working as part of a HR Shared Services team, I managed all areas of employee relations, such as disciplinary, grievance, and performance management. The role also involved restructuring, which includes redundancy, TUPE and harmonizing employee terms and conditions across the legal entities. The role includes developing strong relationships with Senior and Line Managers, helping to ensure they have the necessary skills and tools to ensure effective people management. I was involved with recruitment, managing roles and helping with the graduate recruitment program.

Provide full range of HR support to HR Director, Line Managers and employees in a highly innovative, technology focused business. Main roles include being a first point of contact for Line Managers and employees with HR related issues and queries. Full responsibility for the HR administration processes, and managing data on the HRIS, HR project work and reviewing HR processes in order to maintain alignment with current legislation.

I also coordinated pre employment checks. I was responsible for ensuring employee files were maintained and writing offer letters, contracts of employment and reference requests.
